What are the challenges you now face, maintaining the brand and its reputation?
Our customers place a great deal of trust in us, and we take that very seriously. Maintaining that level of quality and ensuring our customers are on the receiving end of premium products that work well aesthetically and functionally can serve as a challenge. However we have been very lucky with all the support and loyalty we have garnered over the past two years, as we continue to hunt out and deliver the best finds from all across the globe. We are constantly on the lookout for new designers both regionally and internationally that we can introduce through our platform, and we are constantly implementing new ways to better ourselves and improve upon our customer experience. All of these aspects can be challenging, however, if you understand your customer and your business well and you are committed to delivering quality then it is doable. As we are growing, it is easy to lose track of key building blocks that got you to where you are, and the challenge is to maintain the brand ethos at all times as we expand. This requires saying no to a lot of opportunities, but in the end it is all worth it as long as you stay true to your brand.
